Who is your ideal client?

Our ideal client is a mid-sized manufacturing facility with systems integration, electrical engineering and/or project management needs within 150 miles of Perrysburg, OH.

What’s behind your “Delivering Manufacturing Peace of Mind” tagline?

The world of manufacturing is one of change, uncertainty, variability and chaos. Axis Engineering Group understands this world and will help clients gain control and create a more successful manufacturing environment.

How do you compete with the large(r) electrical engineering firms?

We realize that we are not as big as other electrical engineering firms. Frankly, we think that’s what helps to set us apart from all the others who say they do what we actually deliver. Because we’re smaller we: try harder, hustle faster and are more flexible. Our approach and culture allows us to become part of our client’s team.

We believe that flexible, versatile, innovative engineering expertise is the most valuable business asset manufacturers can obtain. As such, we have developed our 7-Point Value Implementation Process to maximize:

  • Collaboration
  • Communication
  • Results

Can you provide additional insight into your 7-Point Value Implementation Process?

Our 7-point Value Implementation Process creates an environment for the successful completion of projects. We guide clients through each part of the process to ensure reliable feedback and communication.

  1. Investigate
  2. Discuss
  3. Troubleshoot
  4. Propose solutions
  5. Implement
  6. Educate and train
  7. Communication

This structured approach and emphasis on comprehensive facts and data minimizes the chances of an unpleasant surprise at a critical time.

You used to be Azimuth Technologies, Ltd. Why did you change the name?

Yes, Azimuth Technologies Ltd. Is now Axis Engineering Group, LLC., a name that we feel better describes our services. Along with the new name, we have a new corporate identity and during the summer of 2011, completed the move of our corporate office. Our renaming and rebranding coincides with our strong growth over the past few years and is a more accurate reflection of what we do: successfully provide engineering solutions and peace of mind to manufacturing facilities.
