- Custom Panel Design & Build
- Built in our UL 508A certified facility, the control panel featured an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC with digital and analog I/O, a Siemens power supply, and a NEMA-rated Saginaw enclosure for reliability in tough environments.
- Integration with Data Systems
- PLC programming enabled collection of analog and digital signals, configured for seamless integration into the plant’s IBA data server.
- Factory Testing & Startup
- The system was fully powered and tested in-house before shipment. Axis engineers provided on-site commissioning, I/O checkout, and data collection setup to ensure smooth startup.
